Youths 15-30 years who are permanent residents of Canada, Canadian citizens, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection qualified to work in Canada.

Office Administrator

Tasks and Responsibilities

-Planning and scheduling meetings, programs, events etc liaising with staff, facilitators and clients to ensure smooth operations

– Ensure accurate documentation for programs, events and services rendered to clients

-Answer and direct phone calls

-Organize and schedule appointments

-Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

-Write and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes and forms

-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

-Develop and maintain a filing system

-Update and maintain office policies and procedures

-Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

-Maintain contact lists

-Book travel arrangements

-Submit and reconcile expense reports

-Provide general support to visitors and clients

-Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Career Development Facilitator

Tasks and Responsibilities
• Team Education: Effectively develop rapport and communicate with groups to inspire learning

• Effectively modify program length or flow based on participant’s learning objectives

• Define learning goals for each training initiative. Identify the most appropriate and cost-effective training approach including selection of training media

• Facilitate training in a virtual session both as individual and group

• Identifying and tracking observations and lessons learned from joint training and exercise

• Assist and support participants to manage their learning experiences by sourcing and maintaining information to assist and support them

• Develop working curriculum and activities for the program

• Provide necessary documentation and follow-up

• Ensure a safe virtual space is kept

Animator, graphic design and illustration

Tasks and Responsibilities
-Use digital tools to create illustrations in form of videos, posters, flyers

-Create high fidelity mockups/wireframes for software

-Plan and monitor designated project

-Create designs, with the appropriate layout, images, colour, and typeface -Include recommended changes to new and existing designs

-Review designs and error prior to publishing

-Implore creativity to produce visually appealing images to target audience

-Use of visual elements to deliver a message

-Ability to use short and long videos and animation to provide content on organisation’s projects and activities such as ease of access to learning resource, program guidelines, instructions and necessary information

-Give and receive constructive and creative feedback across teams

-Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas, with the ability to produce concept sketches and quick concept edits

-Collaborate with other staff and team members

-Comprehend and execute direction from Program manager and lead coordinator
